Through its subsidiaries, and in particular MIS Srl, it leverages a fleet of vehicles (tractors and semi-trailers) and intermodal loading units (20-, 30-, 45-foot, flatbed, and tanker trucks). These units are specifically developed to transport both finished products and scrap materials, ferrous raw materials, and industrial waste.
Born in Brescia as a transport agency and sole proprietorship of Magli Albino, under the brand“La Nazionale”.
Transfer to Rezzato in the province of Brescia (BS), after the purchase of a warehouse with offices located near the junctions of the ring road.
Opening of a local unit in Spinadesco (Cremona) with a yard for heavy vehicles and semi trailers parking and maintenance. It is the first MIS logistic hub serving the nearby industrial area.

Mis celebrates 40 years of activities by consolidating its Group’s participations in Italy and abroad . After 4 decades MIS operates a wider network of terminals, warehouses and “in house” logistics operations.
MIS launches MIS OPEN NETWORK, the business unit offering independent intermodal solutions to third party logistic operators and carriers on the main north-south European freight corridors.
MIS changes its historical logo starting the development of Montirone rail hub as well as MIS Rail, the new Group rail traction company in order to improve the scope of its integrated logistic solutions .
MIS Holding is the new legal entity to consolidate finaicial reports of the Group business activities.
