To address its growth and development phase, MIS is seeking a professional who can quickly assume responsibility for managing the company’s IT and telecommunications systems. The role involves operational and organizational responsibility, including being a consultant for IT products, responsible for IT services, and responsible for the management, maintenance, and operation of information systems within the company and for hardware and software vendors, for which they are responsible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hardware infrastructure management (internet connections / internal networks / installation of printers, PCs)
• Basic software infrastructure management (user management / service web portals and related maintenance)
• Manages the company’s IT connections to external networks via services such as the Internet and email, and manages, maintains, and develops corporate information security (Cyber ​​Security).
• Researches and evaluates offers from potential hardware and software suppliers, manages relationships and purchase negotiations, and monitors invoices by interfacing with the Purchasing Manager, Administration, and Management Control.
• Manages company management software (routine maintenance and development according to agreed-upon guidelines / implementation and management of databases)
• Develops the project plan IT infrastructure activities and costs, with the aim of proposing improvements to the IT structure and ensuring its proper functioning in compliance with legal and pre-established quality requirements.
• Reporting of Industry 4.0 practices for interconnected information systems

Excellent knowledge of the Windows operating system and basic knowledge of the most common programming languages ​​are also required. The role, after a period of internal training, will be expected to act with functional autonomy, analyze and solve problems, and assume control and verification responsibilities. They will be required to efficiently organize their work and time, liaising with those responsible for business and operations, and also assume the role of project manager for innovation projects.

The search is aimed at professionals (male or female) with at least 2-3 years of experience in the role. The primary headquarters will be MIS in Acquanegra Cremonese, although travel to the Group’s various operating locations is planned.
